Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA) (the 'Company') announces that it was notified on 1 February 2021 that Mrs Wendy Baker, Group General Counsel and Company Secretary and a PDMR of the Company, and Mr Edward Baker, a Person Closely Associated with Mrs Baker, sold a total of 21,386 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 219.5p and 219.0p per share respectively.
The notifications set out in the Annex below, which were made in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the Market Abuse Regulation, provide further details of such sales.
