Director Dealing - share purchases

Scapa, a global manufacturer of bonding materials and solutions, announces that the following directors purchased ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') on 9 December 2013:

Mr Heejae Chae, Group Chief Executive, purchased 10,000 Shares at a price per Share of £1.00.

Mr Michael Buzzacott, Non-Executive Director, purchased 10,000 Shares at a price per Share of £1.01.

Following these Share purchases, Mr Chae is interested in 500,709 Shares representing 0.34% of the Company's issued share capital; and Mr Buzzacott is interested in 250,000 Shares representing 0.17% of the Company's issued share capital.
