Director Dealing - Exercise of Options
Scapa, a global manufacturer of bonding materials and solutions, announces that Mr Heejae Richard Chae, Group Chief Executive, exercised options over 21,126 ordinary shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') on 4 March 2015. The exercise price of the options was 42.6 pence.
Following the exercise of these options Mr Chae is interested in 536,835 Shares representing 0.36% of the Company's issued share capital.
