Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA), a diversified Healthcare and Industrial company focused on bringing best-in-class innovation, design and manufacturing solutions to its customers, announces that David Blackwood, Non-Executive Director, has informed the Board of his intention to step down by the end of the calendar year after four years with the Company.
The Board will commence a search for a new Non-Executive Director who will assume the role of Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee from David. David will remain on the Board until his departure to support the recruitment process and ensure an orderly transition. He will therefore still be seeking re-election by shareholders at today's Annual General Meeting.
