Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA)
In the announcement of the Company's preliminary results for the year to 31 March 2014 released on 28 May 2014, the Board stated that it was exploring plans to move the Company's listing to the Premium Listing of the London Stock Exchange. Following consultation with shareholders, the Board has decided to retain the Company's listing on AIM.
