Block Listing Application
Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA) announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of a block listing of 4,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each. These shares, which rank equally with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted from time to time as a result of the exercise of options under the following Scapa Group plc Incentive schemes:
- Scapa Group plc 2011 Performance Share Plan: 200,000
- Scapa Group plc Savings Related Share Option Plan 2011: 300,000
- Scapa Group plc 2015 Value Creation Plan: 3,000,000
- Scapa Group plc 2019 Long Term Incentive Plan: 500,000
It is expected that the admission will become effective on Friday, 20 March 2020.
