AGM Statement

Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA) is today issuing the following statement ahead of its Annual General Meeting to be held at 10:30am today.

The Group's trading performance for the first quarter is in line with the Board's expectations.

Scapa is well positioned to make further progress this year and the Board remains confident about the Group's outlook.
