AGM Statement

Scapa Group plc a global supplier of bonding systems and solutions is today issuing the following statement in respect of the first quarter of fiscal year 2013 ahead of its Annual General Meeting to be held at 2:00pm today.

We have made a solid start to the financial year, with trading performance for the first quarter in line with expectations. Progress continues to be made towards improving margins as we pursue opportunities for improved efficiency and cost reduction and focus on improving the quality of our business portfolio. The Board remains confident about the Group's outlook.
