AGM Statement
Scapa Group PLC a global supplier of bonding systems and solutions ("Scapa") is today issuing the following statement in respect of the first quarter of fiscal year 2014 ahead of its Annual General Meeting to be held at 10:30am today.
The trading performance for the first quarter is in line with expectations. We continue to improve the quality of our business portfolio while continuing to pursue opportunities for improved efficiency and cost reduction. The Board remains confident about the Group's outlook.
