AGM Statement

Scapa Group plc, a global supplier of bonding systems and solutions, is today issuing the following statement in respect of the first quarter of fiscal year 2012 ahead of its Annual General Meeting to be held at 2:00pm today.

The Group has made a positive start to the year with revenue in line with our expectations and ahead of the corresponding period last year. Progress continues to be made towards improving margins as we take advantage of opportunities for enhanced efficiency and cost reduction and focus on improving the quality of our business portfolio. The Board remains confident in the Group's outlook.
