Additional Listing of Shares
Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA) (the "Company"), a global supplier of bonding solutions and manufacturer of adhesive-based products for the Healthcare and Industrial markets, announces that it has issued 37,455 ordinary 5p shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") following the exercise of options under the Scapa Group plc 2011 Performance Share Plan. The shares have been admitted to trading on AIM.
As a result, the Company's issued share capital now comprises 153,602,138 Ordinary Shares and each Ordinary Share carries one vote. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury and accordingly, the total number of voting rights is 153,602,138. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
