Block Listing Application

Scapa Group plc (AIM: SCPA) announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission to trading on AIM of a block listing of 2,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each. These shares, which rank equally with the existing ordinary shares in issue, will be allotted from time to time as a result of the exercise of options under the Scapa Group plc 2011 Performance Share Plan, the Scapa Group plc Savings Related Share Option Plan 2011 and the Scapa Group plc 2015 Value Creation Plan. It is expected that the admission will become effective on 12 July 2018.
