Notification of transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Persons
Sabre Insurance Group plc (the "Company" or "Sabre), one of the UK's leading private motor insurance underwriters, announces that it was notified on 14 October 2020 that Geoff Carter, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company respectively on the dates below at an average price of 247.62 pence.
Following the transaction, Mr and Mrs Carter confirm they hold 1,555,372 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.62 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company further announces that it was notified on 14 October 2020 that Adam Westwood, Chief Financial Officer and his spouse, Mrs H Westwood, purchased 6,017 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 each in the capital of the Company respectively on the dates below at an average price of 247.86 pence.
Following the transaction, Mr and Mrs Westwood confirm they hold 658,320 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.26 percent of the Company's issued share capital.
