AKO Capital LLP is discretionary investment manager to a number of Funds. On 14 August 2019 AKO Capital LLP made a disclosure of owning 4.04% on behalf of all AKO Funds it manages. At the date of that disclosure no one AKO Fund owned 3% or more of the shares.

As a result of a transfer of shares between two AKO Funds as at close of play on 27 August 2019, one AKO Fund in particular, AKO European Long-only Master Fund Limited now owns 3.07% of the shares and as such we are notifying the name of this Fund to both CBI and Ryanair.

AKO Capital LLP's aggregate holding remains above 4% but below 5% and as such we understand is not required to submit a further disclosure.
