Notification of transactions by directors, persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs') and persons closely associated ('PCAs')

The Restaurant Group plc announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 28.125p shares:

- Purchase by Andy McCue (Chief Executive Officer) of 20,000 ordinary 28.125p shares at a price of £2.7775 per share on 15 November 2017; and

- Purchase by Paul Hewitt, who is a PCA of Debbie Hewitt (Chairman), of 17,996 ordinary 28.125p shares at a price of £2.7783 per share on 14 November 2017.

The purchases were made on the London Stock Exchange.
