The Restaurant Group plc (the 'Company') announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 28.125p shares undertaken by directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility:
Purchase by Andy McCue (Chief Executive Officer) of 44,971 ordinary 28.125p shares at a price of £2.5395 per share on 29 March 2018.
These shares were purchased under the Company's deferred bonus arrangements.
The relevant notification set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements of Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
