The Company has issued a total of 83,905 new ordinary shares of 2 pence each to Todd Campbell, Chief Executive Officer and President of Accredited (US) in accordance with his service contract. In addition, the Company has issued 9,661 new ordinary shares to an employee, also in accordance with their service contract.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the 93,566 new ordinary shares to trading on AIM. Admission of the new shares is expected to take place at 8.00am on 9 October 2018.
As a result of this transaction the total issued share capital will therefore increase to 125,984,280[ ordinary shares of 2 pence each. There are no shares held in Treasury and the total voting rights will therefore be 125,984,280
