REVISED NOTICE OF 

2008 INTERIM FINANCIAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT

In view of the apparent severe congestion in the reporting calendar during the week commencing 29 September 2008, Regal Petroleum plc (AIM: RPT) will bring forward the announcement of its 2008 Interim Financial Results to Friday, 26 September 2008.

A presentation for financial analysts will be held at 12.00 noon on that day, at the offices of our communications consultants, Citigate Dewe Rogerson ("Citigate"). Citigate will issue revised invitations to analysts today.

Regal Petroleum plc is a London based independent oil and gas producer listed on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange. Regal is focused on the development and production of condensate and gas from its major assets in Ukraine. The company also holds prospective exploration licences in Romania and Egypt.
