Subject to court sanctioning the scheme of arrangement in relation to the cash acquisition of RPS Group

(UK, constituent) by Tetra Tech UK Holdings (non-constituent), please see details of affected indexes and

effective dates below:

 

RPS Group (UK, 0759476) will be deleted from the FTSE 250 index.

 

Bakkavor Group (UK, BF8J3Z9) will be added to the FTSE 250 index and deleted from the FTSE SmallCap Index.

 

All changes effective from 23 January 2023.
