Directors' dealing in shares
London, 18 October: The Company was informed on 18 October 2013 that, further to the announcement of 3 April 2013 regarding the purchase by Bristol Technologies Limited ('BTL'), a company owned and controlled as to 100% by Alexander Chistyakov, the Executive Chairman of Ruspetro, of 50% of Wind River Management Limited ('WRM'), WRM has transferred 11,430,000 Ruspetro plc ordinary shares (representing 50% of WRM's interests in Ruspetro shares) to Bristol Technologies Limited. Accordingly, no change in Mr Chistyakov's beneficial ownership of these Ruspetro shares has taken place and Mr Chistyakov no longer has any interest in WRM.
Following this transfer, Mr. Chistyakov remains the beneficial owner of 57,281,475 Ruspetro plc ordinary shares (representing 17.18% of the Company's issued share capital).
