CHANGE IN EXTERNAL DIRECTORSHIPS
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) RPC announces that Jamie Pike, Chairman, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Cobham plc (Cobham) with effect from 1st May 2019. It is intended that Jamie will be appointed Chairman of Cobham after a short handover period, and taking account of the timing of the proposed completion of the takeover of RPC.
