Board Change
RPC Group Plc ("RPC" or "Group"), the international plastic products design and engineering company, announces that Heike van de Kerkhof has tendered her resignation and will be stepping down from the Board with immediate effect in order to focus on her recently assumed executive role as Global Sales Director of Chemours' Titanium Technologies business based in Geneva, Switzerland.
The Nomination Committee, will begin the process of recruiting a new independent Non-executive Director shortly. A further announcement will be made in due course.
