Director/PDMR Shareholding
Rotork plc (the "Company") announces that it has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary 0.5p shares undertaken by directors/persons discharging managerial responsibility.
Awards of nil cost options under the rules of the Rotork Long Term Share Incentive Plan (2010). A participant will normally be entitled to exercise their award and receive shares three years from grant subject to performance conditions and continued employment. The vesting of the award will depend on total shareholder return, earnings per share and return on capital (economic profit) over a three year performance period.
