Rotala PLC21 June 2007 Rotala plc ("Rotala" or "the Company") Issue of equity The Company has today issued 4 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in preparation for the 25 to 1 consolidation proposed at theCompany's EGM on 17 July 2007 and to ensure, so far as possible, that at thetime of such consolidation, the issued share capital of the Company shall bedivisible by 25. The 4 Ordinary Shares have been issued to Kim Taylor (CEO of the Company) at2.5p per share. Following the purchase Kim Taylor has an interest in 500,004Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company. Following the issue of 4 Ordinary Shares the Company will have 384,357,700shares in issue.
