The Company announces that John Gunn, Non-Executive Chairman, and his wife, today transferred 25,380 ordinary shares and 37,000 ordinary shares in the Company respectively from their personal holdings to their ISAs. These shares were sold from their personal accounts at a price of 65p per share and subsequently purchased by their ISAs at 65.06p per share. Following these transfers, there is no change to John's or his wife's beneficial interest in the Company.
