Director's Dealings

Rotala was notified today that on 5 September 2008, the Ingrid Croft Trust (of which John Gunn, the Non-executive Chairman of the Company is a trustee), purchased 25,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 48 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Ingrid Croft Trust has an interest in 680,533 ordinary shares (representing 3.24 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company)
