The Company announces that Robert Dunn, an Executive Director, on 5 April 2022 purchased 22,500 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 32.0 pence per share.
Following this purchase, Mr Dunn is now beneficially interested in 2,470,676 ordinary shares of 25p each, equal to approximately 4.99% of the total issued share capital of Rotala.
