Directors' Dealings
Rotala has been notified of the following Directors' Dealings which occurred on 2 November 2015:
Simon Dunn, the Chief Executive of the Company, has, following the maturity of a batch of share options held under the Company's SAYE Option Scheme, exercised his right to acquire 22,471 ordinary shares of 25 pence each at a price of 40.05 pence per share. Following this option exercise Simon Dunn has a beneficial interest in the Company of 1,404,826 shares, which represents a holding of 3.66% of the shares in issue.
Robert Dunn, an executive director of the Company, has, following the maturity of a batch of share options held under the Company's SAYE Option Scheme, exercised his right to acquire 22,471 ordinary shares of 25 pence each at a price of 40.05 pence per share. Following this option exercise Robert Dunn has a beneficial interest in the Company of 931,925 shares, which represents a holding of 2.43% of the shares in issue.
