The Company was today notified that on Friday 30 May, Nick Kennedy, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 24,393 ordinary shares in the Company for his SIPP at 61p per share. Following this purchase, Mr Kennedy has an interest in 176,279 ordinary shares (representing 0.84%).
