Issue of Options
On 12 February, the company announced that it was reviewing the remuneration packages of staff, which would include the issue of small number of options. Following this review, the Company announces that it has issued 4 million options under the Company's existing share option scheme, to two employees of Pharm 2 Farm Limited, as set out below. The share options have an exercise price of 1.5p with an exercise period from 23 August 2021 to 22 August 2024.
The Company also confirms that the options issued to Alex Vergopoulos, as announced on 18 February, have been priced at 1.85p each, being the closing price on the day of the announcement.
