Aero Kinetics Holdings has been advised that: (1) Aero Kinetics Holdings' Broker will no longer represent any US Corporations, and (2) that as of January 24th, 2017, Aero Kinetics Holdings would effectively have no ability to manage its shareholdings in Strat Aero plc in either the near or long term as our brokers have provided no other viable alternatives to date. As such Aero Kinetics Holdings was left with no choice but to sell down its share position against our intentions and to, we believe, our significant detriment to mitigate potential damages under law.

As of the close of business on January 18th, 2017, the broker has agreed to hold the account open until the first week of February, an extension from the prior account closure date of January 24th, 2017.
