Director Dealing
Remote Monitored Systems plc, the AIM quoted monitoring, intelligence and security company, was informed today that Trevor Brown, Executive Director of the Company, sold a total of 119,637,590 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence in the Company to Braveheart Investment Group plc ("Braveheart") at a price of 0.275 pence per share, for a total consideration of £329,003, satisfied by the issue of new Braveheart shares to Mr Brown, bringing his holding in Braveheart to 24.8%.
Trevor Brown is the CEO of Braveheart. Upon completion of the transaction, Braveheart will own 18.1 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company and Trevor Brown will no longer have a holding of ordinary shares in the Company.
