Rambler Provides Update on the Gold Streaming Agreement

London, England, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada - Rambler Metals and Mining plc (AIM: RMM) ("Rambler" or the "Company"), a copper and gold producer, explorer and developer, announces that most of the closing conditions related to the previously announced (17 March 2022) gold purchase and sale agreement with Elemental Royalties Corp. ("Elemental") (TSX-V:ELE, OTCQX:ELEMF) (the "Agreement") have been satisfied including Elemental raising proceeds of at least US$7 million in a financing. The Agreement is expected to be closed on or shortly after 1 April 2022.

A further announcement will be made in due course.
