He will beresponsible for operations. Brian Hinchcliffe is President and Chief Executive Officer of Kirkland Lake GoldInc and is a director or Rupert Resources Ltd. Formerly, he was President ofJordex Resources Inc and American Pacific Mining Company Inc, both publiclytraded mining companies. There is no further information to be disclosed inaccordance with the AIM rules. Mr Hinchcliffe will take up his position on July 1st.
