Company update
The Company notifies that it is currently in negotiations to dispose of a non-core asset which generated a net profit of £0.5 million in the year to 31 December 2017. Whilst there is no certainty of the outcome, a disposal would be expected to generate a profit in excess of £2 million. The sale proceeds would be re-invested into operations.
