PDMR Shareholding
The Company announces that Mr Michael White, Group Commercial Strategy and Operations Director of the Company, purchased 77,663 ordinary shares of £0.003 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £2.69 each on 12 April 2022.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMR is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
Following the above PDMR transaction, Mr White holds 77,663 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.09% of the total shareholding in the Company.
