NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF
PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
The Company announces that between the 9 March 2018 and 13 March 2018 Hugh Richard Sergeant, a PDMR of the Company, sold 100,000 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') in three tranches as follows:
· 19,471 Ordinary Shares at a price of 335.22 pence each;
· 15,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 332.00 pence each; and
· 65,529 Ordinary Shares at a price of 332.00 pence each.
Following this sale, Mr Sergeant holds 1,121,610 Ordinary Shares representing 1.366% of the total shareholding in the Company and his wife, Ana Sergeant (PCA to Mr Sergeant), holds 100,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company.
Formal notification in respect of the PDMR is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
