Director/PDMR and PCA Shareholdings

PDMR Shareholding

The Company announces that it was informed on 27 March 2017 that Mr James John Berry, Executive Director of the Company, gifted 400,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.003 each in the Company to his wife, Mrs Karen S Berry.

Following the transfer, Mr Berry's beneficial interest in the Company is 1,810,619 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 2.20 per cent of the total issued share capital with voting rights.

PCA Shareholding

Mrs Karen S Berry (PCA to James John Berry) received 400,000 Ordinary Shares of £0.003 each in the Company as a gift from Mr James John Berry.
