The Company announces that Mr Christopher Rutt, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 3,578 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 279p on Monday, 9 July 2018.
Following this purchase, Mr Rutt holds 5,987 Ordinary Shares representing 0.007% of the total shareholding in the Company.
