NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF
PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
DEFERRED EQUITY PLAN - VESTING OF AWARDS
The Company announces that conditional share awards in the Company's ordinary shares ("Shares") granted under the Company's Deferred Equity Plan ("DEP") to Sean Breslin, a PDMR of the Company, vested on 17 October 2019.
Sufficient Shares were sold to cover the PDMR's tax and national insurance obligations. The PDMR retained the balance of the vested Shares. Shares were sold on the London Stock Exchange at a price of 235p per Share.
The table below sets out the Shares that vested on 17 October 2019, the number of shares sold and the beneficial holdings in the Company of the PDMR following the vesting and sale:
