("RedHot" or the Company")

Director shareholding

The Company announces that on 4 November 2009 Cheong Chia Chieh (Group Managing Director of RedHot) transferred, for nil consideration, 700,000 ordinary shares of US$0.10 in the company held in his own name to Red Gold Consolidated Sdn. Bhd. ("Red Gold"). 

Following this share transfer, Cheong Chia Chieh is interested in 8,314,368 ordinary shares of US$0.10 in the Company representing 22.9% of the current issued share capital of the Company and Red Gold is interested in 1,034,903 ordinary shares of US$0.10 in the Company representing 2.9% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
