Director Dealing
The Board of RedHot announces that Cheong Chia Chieh, Managing Director of the Company, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 18 July 2012 at a price of 20p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase, Cheong Chia Chieh now has a total interest in 8,414,368 Ordinary Shares, equivalent to 22.56 per cent. of the Company's total issued share capital.
