Announcement by PUC Founder (MSC) Berhad Re Option Exercise
The Board of RHM notes the announcement released by PUC Founder (MSC) Berhad ("PUCF") on 2 April 2015, regarding PUCF having issued 482,434 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 (the "New PUCF Shares") in connection with the exercise by certain PUCF employees of options held in PUCF's Employee Share Option Scheme. The New PUCF Shares were listed on the ACE Market on 3 April 2015.

RHM holds 543,168,402 ordinary shares in PUCF, which now represents 51.09% of PUCF's issued share capital as enlarged by the recent issuance of equity, and 36,215,840 warrants to subscribe for new PUCF shares. The shares and warrants of PUCF are held within RHM's wholly owned subsidiary, RedHot Media International Limited.
