Directorate Changes

Redhall Group plc (AIM: RHL), the specialist engineering support services group, announces that Martyn Everett has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 24 September 2014.

Martyn is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and has experience both as an executive and non-executive director across a number of sectors including engineering, retail and media. He has particularly strong expertise in the turnaround and restructuring of both public and private businesses. 

Paul Kirk, who has been a Non-Executive Director since January 2007, will retire from the Board with effect from 25 September 2014. The Board would like to thank Paul for his considerable contribution to the Group. Following Paul's retirement Martyn will be appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and will be a member of the Audit and Nominations Committees.

The following information is disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies. Martyn John Everett, age 56 years, has been a director of the following companies during the five years preceding the date of this announcement:

Martyn was a director of Snap Equity Limited and JGLCC Camera Company Limited (trading as Jessops, the specialist photographic retailer) which went into administration on 9 January 2013 and underwent a creditor's voluntary liquidation ("CVL") on 11 December 2013.

He was a director of the following companies of global media group Chorion which underwent a CVL on 31 July 2013 following an orderly disposal and wind down programme:

· Chorion Limited

· Chorion Rights Limited

· Silver Linings Productions Limited

· Planet Acquisitions Holdings Limited

· Chorion (IP) Limited

Martyn was a director of international commercial property company Kenmore Property Group Limited and its subsidiary Ashchurch Corston Limited which were dissolved following an administration to aid in its asset disposal programme on 12 November 2009.

Martyn was formerly also a director of international engineering company B Elliott Group and certain subsidiaries which following a number of successful divestments were restructured as follows:

· B Elliott Limited - Creditors Voluntary Arrangement ("CVA") 21 September 2005

· B Elliott Group Limited - CVA on 21 September 2005 followed by MVL 31 January 2007

· Elliott Industries Limited - CVA on 21 September 2005

· Ex-Gemini Limited (formerly Russell Castings Limited) - MVL 31 January 2007

There is no further information to be disclosed in relation to Rule 17 or schedule 2 paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
