Regus Group PLC04 January 2008 REPURCHASE RESULT ANNOUNCEMENT 04 January 2008 Regus Group plc ("Regus" or the "Company") Share Repurchase Programme Regus has today purchased through Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited3,600,000 ordinary shares of 5p each at a price of 84.47p per share to be heldin treasury. This represents approximately 0.37 per cent. of Regus's currentissued ordinary share capital. Following the repurchase, 18,877,702 ordinary shares of 5p each are currentlyheld by Regus in treasury and 965,913,820 ordinary shares of 5p each (excludingthose ordinary shares of 5p each held in treasury) are currently in issue.
