Total Voting Rights: Month End Disclosure

Regus plc (the “Company”) confirms that as at 30 April 2013 the Company’s issued share capital consisted of 950,969,822 ordinary shares of 1p each with voting rights (the “Ordinary Shares”).

7,075,185 Ordinary Shares were held by the Company as treasury shares with no voting rights.

Therefore as at 30 April 2013 the total number of voting rights in the Company was 943,894,637. Shareholders may use this figure (943,894,637) as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FSA’s Disclosure & Transparency Rules (“DTR”).
