Regency Mines Plc ("Regency" or the "Company"), announces that Andrew Bell, a director of the Company, has today purchased 1,955,956 shares in Regency, at an average price of 0.52523 pence per share.
Following the purchase, his interests in the share capital of the Company are as follows:

*Mr A Bell is the beneficiary of 2,688,210 shares held on his behalf by the Share Incentive Plan Trustees. The closing price of Regency shares on 27th January 2017 was 0.42 pence.
