Property Sale
Change of Registered Office
RGF plc is pleased to announce that it has completed the sale of its Wavertree property to Tutum Property Limited. The property was purchased in August 2015 and housed the Renshaw Academy until August 2019. Since then it has been used as the New Product Development Centre and by Renshaw's marketing team. The property was vacated in March 2022 when the New Product Development and Marketing teams were relocated onto the Renshaw's main manufacturing site at Crown Street, Liverpool. The sale of the property generated net cash proceeds of £0.9m and a very small loss on disposal of less than £0.1m. The proceeds will be utilised to reduce the Group's indebtedness.
Following the disposal, the new registered address of Real Good Food plc, JF Renshaw Limited and Rainbow Dust Colours Limited is now 229 Crown Street, Liverpool, L8 7RF.
