Director Appointment

REH is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Clive Callister to the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") as Chief Operating Officer with immediate effect.

Mr. Callister is already highly familiar with the business of the Company, having worked as Asset Management and Technical Services Director and latterly as a consultant for five years prior to his Board appointment as well as working as the Company's Project Engineer. Mr. Callister is also a fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and his technical expertise is expected to significantly strengthen the current Board.

Roger Harper, Non-Executive Chairman, commented: "The Board had considered the position of the Company with regard to the two projects which are currently in hand and it was recognised that the Board would be much strengthened by Mr Callister's appointment as Chief Operating Officer given his familiarity with the both projects. We are delighted that he has accepted this position."
