FURTHER BOARD CHANGES
Further to the announcements of Board changes on 26 June 2008 and 17 July 2008, the Company today announces the appointment of Jim Glover as a Non-Executive Chairman. Tanith Dodge, an existing Non-Executive Director of the Company, will replace Jim Glover as Chairman of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee. The current Non-Executive Chairman, Bob Ivell, will be leaving the Company with immediate effect. Commenting onΒ hisΒ appointment,Β Jim GloverΒ said:
